Injection and thermo-molding is a manufacturing process for producing parts from both thermoplastic and thermosetting plastic materials.

Material is fed into a heated barrel, mixed, and forced into a mold cavity where it cools and hardens to the configuration of the mold cavity.

Injection molding is the most common method of production, with some commonly made items including bottle caps and outdoor furniture.

We are specialized in making all kinds of plastic cap moulds and bottle moulds.Our annual production Capacity has already achieved 500 sets of Plastic Moulds.Our filiale makes 1000 sets of TJ-980 Crochet Machine and 30000 spindles TJ-80 Chenille Machine and 100 sets In-Mould Labeling Machine every year.

We have advanced CNC Machine, EDM Machine, Wire-Cutting Machine(including low-speed), Milling Machine, Grinding Machine and some normal processing machinery.
